We may share personal information with service providers only for the sole purpose of performing services on our behalf based on our instructions. Examples of these service providers include entities that process credit card payments, fulfill orders and provide reservations that you requested through our website or app. In addition, in order to facilitate transactions on our website, you may choose let ZigZag Travel save the details of your credit card and billing, so you don’t have to retype your payment information, just enter your credit card information once and it’ll be remembered for all future payments. When collecting Personal information for marketing purpose or direct sales and other similar activities in Argentina, ZigZag Travel will give the appropriate treatment according to article 27 of the LPDP, Decree No. 1558 / 2001 and regulations No. 10/2005 and 4/2009 of the National Department for the protection of personal data (Regulatory Body of the LPDP).

All Personal information is collected and stored on servers that are physically located in the United States. ZigZag Travel can relocate these servers in any other country, in the future, and can store Personal information in the United States or in other countries, for support or back-up purposes.
