Changes and Cancellations

For changes and cancellatios in Transfers and Tours, expenses will be as follows

ZIGZAG Travel reserves the right to consider granting a refund or issue a credit note to the client, in cases where cancellation fees apply.

In long weekends, Easter Week, high season, Chritmas and New Year no refunds will be made regardless how far in advance the cancellation is made

If you have a booking for any of our products or services and, without prior notice, you do not show up, you will not be entitled to any refund from us. No refunds will be given for unused services , including transfers, activities, excursions or other services informed on our website.

Claims

Any claims should be filed within 30 days of the completion of the trip or after the event that it refers, through the contact form on our website or in writing via fax. (Once that period is over no claim will be received).

Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to have all required travel documents

El pasajero deberá estar provisto de pasaporte vigente y las visas requeridas según el itinerario escogido. El incumplimiento de lo antes expuesto por parte del cliente le ocasionará la pérdida de derecho a cualquier reembolso. Las consecuencias de su omisión y los gastos que se originaren como consecuencia de ello serán por cuenta del viajero, aplicándose en este caso las condiciones establecidas para el desistimiento voluntario de servicios. Lo mismo ocurrirá cuando las autoridades de cualquier país rehusaren permitir la entrada al pasajero.
